Helen Kiddell graduated with a Masters in Public History in 2008 and has worked for Dr Vincent Clark & Associates since December 2007. She has expertise in the fields of historical research and investigation, cultural heritage investigation, archival research, public history, oral history, report writing and site interpretation. In her role as Operations Manager she is responsible for project management and co-ordination and has gained extensive experience in client, stakeholder and government liaison.
Helen has professional level membership of the Professional Historians Association (Vic) and is a member of the Australasian Society for Historical Archaeology. Her first book “The Duldig Studio: A History” was published in June 2011, and launched at the National Gallery of Victoria.
Helen recently travelled to Turkey to participate in excavations at the ancient Roman city “Antiochia ad Cragum” with the University of Lincoln- Nebraska and gained her first taste of archaeology outside of Australia.
